One of my responsibilities at Netflix was to co-develop a state of the art training room that I eventually took total control of and managed the completion and upgrades from the original design. The room was designed with an open floor design and was used for employee onboarding, software training, security onboarding, collaboration, global training, and VR and AR training for different topics.
